INGREDIENTS
- For the dough: 1 cup of warm milk, 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast,

- For the filling: 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon,
- 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1 cup of chopped pecans
- For the glaze: 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast.
- Let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is foamy.
- Add the sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture.
- Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- After the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread the melted butter over the dough.
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
- Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dough.
