INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Vegan ranch dip for serving 
 
INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
  4. Dip each floret into the batter and place on a lined baking sheet. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and coat each floret in buffalo sauce.
  7. Bake for another 25 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve hot with vegan ranch dip.
