This recipe is one of my personal favorites. The first time I made it, I was looking for a way to make tofu more exciting. The result was these Crispy Tofu Bites with Sweet Chili Sauce. The tofu bites are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated in a tangy sweet chili sauce. They’re perfect as an appetizer or snack, and they’re sure to be a hit at your next gathering.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut into bite-sized
- pieces.
- Toss the tofu in cornstarch and salt.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu until crispy.
- Toss the crispy tofu in sweet chili sauce and serve.
