STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC AND HERBS

Savory stuffed mushrooms filled with a flavorful mixture of garlic and herbs. A delicious vegan appetizer that’s sure to impress.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the
  6. stuffing is golden brown.
