INGREDIENTS
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the
